Ithaca Cold-Crafted’s Classic hummus is packed full of flavor & freshness. Our competitors use lemon concentrates, garlic powders, and “natural flavors,” but we use the real thing because it tastes better.
How do we get so fresh? We use cold pressure instead of heat pasteurization to keep our ingredients raw, full of nutrients, and alive with flavor. We use something called High Pressure Processing (HPP). This cold process provides the food safety & shelf-life benefits of traditional thermal pasteurization (industry standard) without destroying the flavor and nutrients of our fresh ingredients.

Our all-natural ingredients include: Chickpeas, Water, Beets, Organic Sunflower Oil, Fresh Cold-Pressed Lemon Juice, Tahini, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Fresh Raw Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes. That’s it. No preservatives, artificial ingredients, citric acid, GMO, canola or soy.
