Ithaca Cold-Crafted’s Fresh Lemon Dill hummus is just that, fresh. Our competitors use lemon concentrates, garlic powders, and “natural flavors,” but we use the real thing because it tastes better.
How do we get so fresh? We use cold pressure instead of heat pasteurization to keep our ingredients raw, full of nutrients, and alive with flavor. We use something called High Pressure Processing (HPP). This cold process provides the food safety & shelf-life benefits of traditional thermal pasteurization (industry standard) without destroying the flavor and nutrients of our fresh ingredients.
