Lemon Dill Baked Salmon

  • 6 oz. Salmon Filet
  • 1 tbs. Lemon Dill Hummus
  • 2 tbs. Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper
  2. Spread 1 tbs. Lemon Dill hummus onto the top of the salmon
  3. Combine Breadcrumbs and Olive Oil in a small bowl
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of the lemon dill hummus
  5. Bake at 450 F for 7 to 10 minutes to reach your desired doneness for the salmon
