Smoked Chipotle Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 1 ¼ cup Smoked Chipotle Hummus
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup finely shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ¾ cup Mexican blend cheese (reserve ¼ cup for topping)
  • 1/3 cups water


  • Combine all ingredients except for ¼ cup of cheese in a medium bowl
  • Transfer mixture to an appropriately sized oven safe baking dish
  • Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheese
  • Bake at 450F for 15 minutes
  • Serve with tortilla chips
